Baby Dedication

Tomorrow is going to be an amazing day for Leilani and I. We're finally bringing Kaleb to church. I just got off the phone with the Vatican. I was trying to borrow the Pope mobile for Kaleb's debut, but I couldn't afford the FedEx overnight cost.

In all seriousness, it's going to be awesome to show him off, but most of all to have the whole congregation unite with us in prayer as we offer him up to the Lord is going to be an incredible experience.

Mother's Day Portraits

I know it might not be original but one of our most successful holidays is Mother's Day. WHY? Because everyone get's free professional family portrait that sunday. We are blessed in having an amazing commerical photographer that calls CF home (his website). Last year we had so many people show up and wait hours to get their pictures taken that this year we're adding another photographer to try to speed things up.

Getting Press

Since our story on the Miami Herald hit the front page on Easter Sunday there's been a lot of buzz about our church.

Just yesterday I called the reporter that did our story to see how we can get some of shoots they took. Half way through our conversation I realized she was interviewing me for a piece that she's writing about Catholics that converted to Christianity. And just now I got off the phone with a guy from Herald News that read what the reporter wrote and he wanted to interview me for a story he's doing on the same topic.

Here's a study that both reporters are basing their stories on.
